Where I-15 Meets US-6: Emergency Calls in Spanish Fork
US-6 climbs Spanish Fork Canyon toward Price and eastern Utah, which makes Spanish Fork the gateway for anyone heading that way. Many stop at Canyon Creek, the 240-acre development at I-15 and US-6 with Costco, Walmart, Cinemark, and Ross. A key locked in the car far from home is one of the most stressful lockouts there is, so we confirm the vehicle with your ID and registration and get you back on the road.
The business side is large too. The VERK Industrial Park around the Spanish Fork Airport grew to about 2,681.6 acres in a 2024 Utah Inland Port Authority expansion aimed at manufacturing, distribution, and data centers. A warehouse door that won't lock at the end of a shift, or a master key that's gone missing, can't sit until Monday.
At home, Spanish Fork is mostly owner-occupied, at 80.4%, and about half its homes went up in 2000 or later. Winters are cold and snowy, with about 66 inches of snow in an average year, and the fairgrounds pack in crowds for the Fiesta Days rodeo each July.
