These terms apply to your use of provoutlocksmith.com and to locksmith services provided by Provo UT Locksmith ("we", "us"). By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them.

Website Information

The content on this site is general information about locksmith services. It is not professional security advice for your specific property. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every statement is complete or up to date. Prices and cost ranges mentioned on the site are general industry figures, not a quote from us.

Quotes

We give a price on the phone based on what you describe, and we confirm the total on site before work starts. If the job turns out to be different from what was described, for example a different lock type, a damaged door, or a vehicle that needs a different key, we will explain the change and you approve the new price before we continue. You may decline the revised price.

Authorization and ID

Before opening a home, vehicle, business, safe, or other lock, we require proof that you are authorized, such as a photo ID showing the address, a lease, a vehicle registration or title, or written permission from the owner or manager. We may refuse or stop service if we cannot verify authorization, and we may contact law enforcement if we believe someone is attempting unauthorized entry. You agree that the information you give us is true.

Non-Destructive Entry

We try non-destructive methods first. Some locks, safes, and vehicles cannot be opened without drilling, cutting, or other methods that damage the lock or hardware. We will tell you before using any destructive method and proceed only with your permission. You are responsible for the cost of any replacement hardware you approve.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods are confirmed when you call.

Parts and Workmanship

Manufacturer warranties on locks, keys, remotes, and other parts are passed through to you as provided by the manufacturer. If you have a problem with our work, call us promptly so we can look at it.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Utah law.

Third-Party Links

The site may link to other websites, such as map providers or manufacturers. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.

Changes
