This policy explains what information Provo UT Locksmith ("we", "us") collects when you visit provoutlocksmith.com or call us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Website visits. This site has no forms, accounts, or logins. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located (city level), the device and browser used, and whether a visitor tapped a phone link. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information. It does not give us your name, phone number, or street address.
Phone calls. When you call, our phone provider records standard call details such as your phone number, the time of the call, and its length. Calls may be routed through a call-tracking service that tells us which page or ad led to the call, and calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes where the law allows.
Information you give us on a job. To do the work, we may note your name, the service address, a description of the job, and for vehicles the year, make, model, and VIN. On lockouts we check a photo ID and proof of residence or ownership before opening anything, and we may record the name and address shown so there is a record of who authorized entry.
How We Use Information
- To answer your call, quote the job, send a technician, and complete the work.
- To keep a record of who authorized entry to a home, vehicle, business, or safe.
- To bill for completed work and handle questions about it afterward.
- To see which pages and ads are useful so we can improve the website.
- To meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from law enforcement.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who We Share It With
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our phone and call-tracking provider, Google Analytics, payment processors, and accounting tools, and only as needed for them to provide that service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of a customer, a technician, or the public.

How Long We Keep Information
We keep job and authorization records for as long as we need them for business, tax, and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
